Sherry Curry joined Swiftvest Bank in May of 2021 as a Business Development Officer in Baltimore. She has over 13 years experience. In this role, Sherry identifies, acquires, and expands relationships with small, woman owned, and minority businesses in the community.
Specifically, Sherry educates and builds relationships to help guide business owners with all of their financial needs and goals, and she works closely with internal and community partners to be a resource for them along the way.

Schirra Hayes is embarking on two years of service with Swiftvest Bank as a Small Business Development Officer. Schirra brings more than 25 years of hands-on entrepreneurship, banking, finance, and real estate development experience. He holds degrees in Business Management and Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Prior to joining Swiftvest Bank, he founded and led HPI Realty Group, a SWAM & DBE certified general contracting and home building business from 2001 to 2010. Just prior to joining the Swiftvest Bank team, he created and managed small business grant and community lending programs for a national Community Development Finance Institution. Schirra has a compassion for the underserved in his community and is a staunch advocate and supporter of community revitalization, affordable housing, and economic and social justice. He uses his platforms to focus on developing minority, woman, and veteran owned businesses to gain insight, thrive, and grow within their communities.

Amanda Murphy is a Business Development Officer who helps finance Small Businesses in the Philadelphia area. She has a passion for wellness, professionals, Fin-tech and startups businesses, helping them with everything from financial education to lending.
Before joining Swiftvest Bank in March 2021, Amanda spent two years consulting for Small businesses in the Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE area. She has a background in Real Estate and over 20 years of financial experience.
