Houston has over 14 years of experience as a residential loan officer; 2 years in commercial lending; and over 30 years in consumer lending (with a background in credit, collections, and risk management). He joined Swiftvest Mortgage Company, a Division of Swiftvest Bank in 2022. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, he provides mortgage services to the Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania and New Castle county in Delaware.
