Forbes partnered with Statista, a market research firm, to survey customers around the globe to get their opinions on their banking relationships. Statista rated banks on general satisfaction, as well as important qualities like fees, digital services, trust and financial advice. The 2020 World’s Best Banks list featured banks in 23 countries.
